Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must contact Customer Service or write to email@example.com prior to returning your order. Personalized or custom products can’t be returned.
What is the exchange policy?
You can apply for an exchange for your order within 30 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.
Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
I have created a return/exchange request. When will the order be picked?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
What if the wrong item is sent, or the product is defective?
If you get the wrong item or defective product, please contact Customer Service for help with your order.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, return shipping fees are covered.
How to track my return?
Once a return is processed, you will receive an email notification. For more information on a return that is in process, please contact Customer Service write to firstname.lastname@example.org
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is processed, it may take 7-10 business days before showing up on your billing statement.
